Have you ever peeled an onion?

You don't get to the center by looking at the outside.
You peel back one layer at a time.
Our health works much the same way.
Symptoms are often just the outer layer. The real answers are usually found underneath.
A diamond tells a different story.
Turn it one way and you see one facet.
Turn it another way and you notice something you couldn't see before.
Looking at our health requires that same perspective. Sometimes the clue isn't hidden... we're simply looking from the wrong angle.

While hiking, I noticed something unusual about this White Oak tree.
At first glance it looked like it had two layers of bark.
I had never seen that before.
Curiosity sent me searching for answers.
It wasn't random.
The tree had adapted after damage from a fungus.
What looked unusual was actually evidence of how the tree had protected itself.
Sometimes what appears to be the problem...
...is actually evidence that the body has been trying to protect itself all along.
People have layers too.
We all have an outer layer we show the world.
- Sometimes it's confidence.
- Sometimes it's humor.
- Sometimes it's busyness.
- Sometimes it's "I'm fine."
Those layers often develop for a reason.
Health is no different.
- Fatigue.
- Brain fog.
- Digestive issues.
- Hormone imbalances.
- Autoimmune conditions.
They're often the body's way of saying,
"There's something deeper I'd like you to notice."
Rather than silencing symptoms...
...be curious.
Become a detective.
Follow the clues.
Peel back the layers.
Look at every facet.
The body rarely whispers without a reason.
- Every symptom...
- Every experience...
- Every layer...
- Every facet...
leaves clues.
My passion is helping people connect those clues so they can better understand what their body has been trying to say all along.
Sometimes the greatest breakthrough doesn't come from finding a new treatment...
It comes from asking better questions.
