Bloom into Mental Wellness with Nature
Spring is here, and with it comes an open invitation to embrace the world outside your doorstep. Nature, in its rejuvenating glory, offers a haven where our stressed minds and bodies can find solace. Highlighting the importance of Mental Health Month, let's explore how springtime activities and natural products can support our mental well-being.

Nature's Healing Embrace
Numerous studies highlight the profound benefits of spending time outdoors, like significantly decreasing levels of stress hormones, including cortisol. Just 20 minutes outside can help clear your mental fog, leading to a calmer, more positive mindset. Whether you're walking through a park, sitting under a tree, or simply gazing at the sky, nature knows how to wrap you in tranquility.

For those unable to venture out, the revitalizing aromas of Young Living's woodsy essential oils, such as Frankincense and Cedarwood, can help recreate the serene ambiance of the outdoors within your home. These scents provide an immediate sense of grounding.

Gardening: A Therapeutic Escape
Turning to the garden, we find that gardening is not merely the act of cultivating plants—it's a therapeutic journey. The act of getting our hands dirty reduces anxiety and helps us ground ourselves. It's a little mirror of nature’s resilience, where we learn to overcome challenges and embrace growth, much like trees regrowing after a storm.

Embrace Transformative Change
Spring's promising breeze urges us to let go of old habits and welcome invigorating changes. This is the perfect time to add meditation to your routine or breathe fresh inspiration into your life with a new exercise regime. Incorporate whole, nutrient-rich foods into your diet to enhance your well-being with mindful, healthy choices.

Decluttering is another essential practice, both physically and mentally. Tackle your living space, release items you no longer use, and engage in a visual and emotional cleansing. By setting the past free, we clear the path for a more fulfilling future.

Essential Oils: Partners in Positivity
During your journey of transformation, Young Living’s Transformation™ blend becomes your ally. In fostering self-love, the Joy™ blend is unparalleled. Add it to your bath and let its sweet scent remind you of your inherent worthiness and joy. By encouraging a sense of joy and self-worth, this practice helps build resilience and empowers you to focus on the path ahead with optimism.

Mental Health Month: A Celebration of Renewal
May is a time of renewal and a perfect occasion to nurture our mental health with intentionality. As you step into a life filled with purpose and passion, let nature's wisdom guide you, and let Young Living essential oils be your companions. Remember, the journey to mental wellness is about progress, not perfection.

As you honor your mental health this month, embrace tools and practices that support your well-being. With the help of Young Living essential oils, transform your thoughts and emotions, allowing yourself to blossom into a more mindful and joyful existence.

Let's take this opportunity to celebrate Mental Health Month with gratitude, continuously progressing and embracing life's simple pleasures. In doing so, we pave the way for a brighter, more balanced future filled with growth, understanding, and unyielding strength.

My Freedom Journey

People, including doctors, thought we were crazy...all in our heads.  After all, how could normal, every day household and personal product smells affect your ability to function, to cause you to be incoherent and feel shaky inside, to have an emotional break-down?  Inside we were dying.  Outside we appeared normal.
Fragrances were, and are, part of every day, normal life.....candles, laundry, cleaning, perfumes.  Everyone and their neighbor used them.  For us, we either had to isolate ourselves or suffer the following day or two with a toxic hangover.  Isolation is never a good option, especially with children.  During the summer it was impossible to go outside without inhaling someone's laundry or the recent lawn product application.  My husband was so bad one summer that he could eat constantly and, yet, still lose weight.  Every month I would get a sinus infection and/or chest congestion.
Then came the food sensitivities and autoimmune disorders.  How could food cause my ears to be red and hot, my cheeks to flush, and cause my entire body to break out multiple times in a horrendous, red, itchy, inflamed rash only to burn when scratched and ooze yellow, sticky fluid?  Imagine, every day having gauze pads over the majority of your body under your clothes and hoping the rash doesn't drain so much that it soaks through your clothes.  It would take months to disappear.  People said "just get a cortisone/steroid shot" for relief.  They could not understand why that was not my choice
By discovering and eliminating my many triggers, finding a new, non-toxic way to support my immune system, my liver, and my thyroid, I have not had a major skin breakout for about 3 yrs and have been able to manage my autoimmune disorders without the use of standard medication.
I finally found a way to acquire "Freedom from Toxins", "Freedom to Achieve Wellness", and "Freedom to Choose".
