Breaking the Chains: Stepping Stones to a Healthier You

In life, there are countless choices each of you make that contribute to your health journey. Some choices lead you down a path of wellness and vitality, while others can lead to negative consequences for your well-being. These choices can be seen as links in a chain, each one representing a stepping stone that has brought you to your current health condition.

Just like a chain, your health journey is only as strong as its weakest link. Each link, whether it be a positive or negative choice, has shaped your overall well-being. Breaking those links, one by one, can stop the downward trend and pave the way for a healthier future.

The first step in breaking these links is acknowledging their existence. Identifying the choices that have contributed to your current health condition allows you to take responsibility for your actions and empowers you to make positive changes. It could be a sedentary lifestyle, a poor diet, or even neglecting your mental and emotional well-being. By recognizing these links, you can start the process of breaking free from their constraints.

Once you have acknowledged the links that have held you back, it's time to create new, different links of lifestyle changes. This is where the true transformation takes place. It could be as simple as incorporating regular exercise into your daily routine or making healthier food choices. It could also involve seeking support from professionals, such as nutritionists or therapists, who can help guide you on your journey to better health.

Every new link you add to your chain of well-being strengthens its overall integrity. As you continue to make positive choices, each link becomes more robust, enhancing your ability to create a lasting impact on your health journey. These lifestyle changes build upon each other, creating a solid foundation for improved well-being.

However, it's important to remember that this process takes time. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither is your health journey. It's about making consistent, sustainable changes that align with your goals and values. Patience, consistency and perseverance are key.

It's equally important to remove any weak links that may still be present. This might mean letting go of harmful habits, toxic relationships, or negative thought patterns. By eliminating these weak links, you create space for new, positive experiences and pave the way for a brighter, healthier future.

Ultimately, your health journey is comprised of the choices you make every day. Each decision you make forms a link in the chain, shaping your overall well-being. By breaking the negative links that have bound you and building new, positive links, you have the power to change the direction of your health journey.

Remember, you are the creator of your health journey. My Freedom Journey

People, including doctors, thought we were crazy...all in our heads.  After all, how could normal, every day household and personal product smells affect your ability to function, to cause you to be incoherent and feel shaky inside, to have an emotional break-down?  Inside we were dying.  Outside we appeared normal.
Fragrances were, and are, part of every day, normal life.....candles, laundry, cleaning, perfumes.  Everyone and their neighbor used them.  For us, we either had to isolate ourselves or suffer the following day or two with a toxic hangover.  Isolation is never a good option, especially with children.  During the summer it was impossible to go outside without inhaling someone's laundry or the recent lawn product application.  My husband was so bad one summer that he could eat constantly and, yet, still lose weight.  Every month I would get a sinus infection and/or chest congestion.
Then came the food sensitivities and autoimmune disorders.  How could food cause my ears to be red and hot, my cheeks to flush, and cause my entire body to break out multiple times in a horrendous, red, itchy, inflamed rash only to burn when scratched and ooze yellow, sticky fluid?  Imagine, every day having gauze pads over the majority of your body under your clothes and hoping the rash doesn't drain so much that it soaks through your clothes.  It would take months to disappear.  People said "just get a cortisone/steroid shot" for relief.  They could not understand why that was not my choice
By discovering and eliminating my many triggers, finding a new, non-toxic way to support my immune system, my liver, and my thyroid, I have not had a major skin breakout for about 3 yrs and have been able to manage my autoimmune disorders without the use of standard medication.
I finally found a way to acquire "Freedom from Toxins", "Freedom to Achieve Wellness", and "Freedom to Choose".
