Having Celiac plus multiple food sensitivities and gluten cross-reactives, I understand the need for gluten-free and grain-free options. 
Tiger Nut Flour
I have tried many versions of Tiger Nut flour and Anthony's continues to be my favorite for consistency and quality. This flour can replace any traditional flour in a recipe 1:1 for a gluten-free and grain-free alternative.

  • Great for AIP, Paleo, and Keto diet
  • Contains "resistant starch" which is very important for gut health
Cassava Flour

This is a wonderful gluten-free and grain-free flour from the root vegetable. Cassava is rich in carbohydrates and contains important vitamins and minerals. It contains resistant starch which feeds the good gut bacteria and helps reduce colon inflammation.

My favorite pizza crust recipe uses the "whole" cassava root vegetable.

Coconut Flour

Made from a fruit this gluten-free, grain-free flour is also starch-free and has a tendency to absorb more water than other flours. Best used in a blend of flours.

Arrowroot Flour
Arrowroot is a starchy substance that is also extracted from a root. It is naturally gluten-free, grain-free, vegan and paleo-friendly. Better than corn starch as it is extracted without high heat and chemicals. 

Like crispy french fries? Simply coat them with a dusting of arrowroot or add some herbs to coat chicken before frying. 

Tapioca Flour

Consists entirely from the "starchy carbohydrates" of the Cassava root. Cassava flour contains the "whole" root. Tapioca is free of gluten, nuts, and grains, so it will not cause a reaction in people with celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, and nut allergies. Tapioca is gentle on the stomach so it is easier to digest than most other flours. 

I feel like pasta is a comfort food ... mac & cheese, lasagna ... 
Having gluten-free or grain-free options make having your favorite foods enjoyable again. 
Jovial Noodles

Made by a family with multiple food allergies and autoimmune diseases so they understand and know what you need. A variety of pasta styles are available from elbow noodles to lasagna and spaghetti. The best part is they are organic. 

Barilla Pasta
Barilla pasta is a good substitute if you can tolerate legumes. They are gluten-free, grain-free and come in two options of Red Lentil and Chickpea. Not organic.

Lewis Labs Brewer's Yeast

Gluten-free!! You heard me ... grown on beets instead of the typical grain medium and the only brewer's yeast to contain Folate, the natural form of folic acid. Sprinkle on popcorn, add to food for that "cheesy" flavor. 

This is a key ingredient in my "dairy-free" cheeses. 

Marine Collagen
Collagen is vital for bone and joint health. It repairs tissues, lessens inflammation, and helps build bone density. Custom Collagen Marine Collagen is easy to incorporate into smoothies, baking, soups, meatloaves ... practically anything!

Marine Gelatin
Gelatin is used in gluten-free recipes to bind and thicken batters and dough.
When eggs and gluten are not options ... gelatin to the rescue!! Custom Collagen Fish Gelatin Powder is the best!!

Brain Grain Palm Shortening

Excellent alternative for margarine or butter. Rich in vitamin E and Omega 6 makes this shortening a natural source of antioxidants with no chemicals or preservatives added. 

Australian Carob Co.
Carob powder is a healthy alternative to cocoa powder and is naturally sweet. Roasted is the key. This carob powder is, however, the best carob powder we have ever tried. 

Celtic Gray Salt

WHAT MAKES IT UNIQUE? It is grey in color from the trace elements and minerals in the salt. Celtic sea salt is processed in order to provide a higher amount of minerals and elements and a lower amount of sodium chloride than table salt and sea salt. Pink Himalayan salt and Celtic sea salt are recommended for good health. 

Nut Milk Bag

When dairy-free is a must ... so is a nut milk bag. This makes straining those alternative nut milks a breeze
