Fear .... Friend or Foe?

Fear is a normal, survival response.  In the right amounts, fear can be your friend.  On the other hand, excess fear is like a rabbit in a snare .... unable to run away, it is, in effect, paralyzed. (Prov 29:25)  PTSD affects approximately 3.5 percent of U.S. adults every year, and an estimated one in 11 people will be diagnosed with PTSD in their lifetime. Women are twice as likely as men to have PTSD.

Is Fear Contributing To Your Tinnitus, Low Back Pain and Osteoporosis?

About 22 years ago I sustained a kidney injury after falling off a horse. I chose acupuncture as my mode of treatment and a "bruised kidney" was confirmed. I walked into that office not even able to stand up straight and could only walk if my left leg was fully extended to the left.  After one treatment I walked out of that office like nothing had ever happened.  Why would a kidney injury affect my ability to walk?
