National Guacamole Day, football season or just the season of fall.......avocados are the perfect food.

Avocados contain Vit K, Folate, Vit C, Vitamins B5 and B6, and Vit E. It also contains small amounts of magnesium, manganese, copper, iron, zinc, phosphorous and vitamins A, B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin) and B3 (niacin).

They are also one of the highest potassium-rich foods at 345 mg for a 1/2 avocado serving!

Guacamole Recipe 

(AIP friendly)

2 avocados 

  • 2 drops Citrus Fresh Vitality essential oil 

  • 1 drop Lime Vitality essential oil 

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 

  • 1 clove garlic, minced 

  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion 

  • 1-2 drops of Cilantro Vitality essential oil 

  • Pinch salt 

  • Pinch black pepper
