Late Fall brings less sunshine and shorter day-light hours. All of this can trigger SAD (seasonal affective disorder). Levels of depression and anxiety in our youth are already at an all time post-pandemic high. Nobody needs this additional stressor.

What many do not understand about essential oils is the proven positive impact on mental health.
This recent study states:
Our previous studies have shown EOs to be effective in alleviating symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress in adults both below and over 60 years of age, respectively [9,10]. Table 1 summarises the effect of EOs in human studies. For instance, the inhalation of lavender and chamomile EOs was found to decrease levels of depression, anxiety, and stress in older adults. It was suggested that the anxiolytic and antidepressant effects could be associated with the suppression of the activity of the sympathetic nervous system [11]. In addition, beneficial effects on physiological health, such as reduction of blood pressure levels and respiratory rate during panic attacks after the inhalation of lavender EO have been reported [12].”

A huge difference can be made in mental health by simply diffusing before and after school, and at bedtime. Choosing calming and happy scents in the home will create lasting memories of feeling safe and loved.

Diffuse oils to make your home smell fresh & clean ... but even more ... a place where everyone can feel safe and loved.

  • bergamot
  • tangerine
  • pine
  • orange

Humidity Decreases Risk of Outbreak

Nothing is worse for already stressed emotions than getting sick.  Did you know that if the humidity level is too low in your home you have the risk of catching more colds, the flu and other infections? Using a humidifier and a cold-mist diffuser during the winter months can raise the humidity level in your home and combat the risk of an outbreak
